By signing up, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions set for using our services.
Mi Auto Auctions only allow users who are 18 or above. We provide you with the platform to bid on the auctions of your choice. We are responsible for maintaining transparency for the highest bidder to win but no liability is on us to take care of the buyer-seller disputes that might occur after the bid is won. The bidder is responsible for checking all the details of the car/vehicle before bidding. Mi Auto puts the car/vehicle on auction after checking all of the vehicle details. However, we are not responsible for the validity of the information provided by the seller.
We approve a car/vehicle to be on auction at our own discretion considering the standards that we are not liable to share.
Once the bid is won by the highest bidder, the company is no longer a third party between the buyer and the seller. All the financial and other official matters are to be dealt with by the buyer and the seller alone. The company is not responsible for any problems occurring afterward.
Once you bid on an auction, you are responsible to be a part of the auction until it ends and buy the vehicle if you win. If you withdraw your bid during the process, are caught scamming or in any fraudulent act, your account will be permanently disabled and a legal action will be taken according to the law of that country.
Mi Auto Auctions provides you a platform to put your cars/vehicles on auction which are sold to the highest bidder. However, we take no responsibility for the sale of your car/vehicle. You are obligated to pay a fixed percentage</bold> of the bid value to the company as a commission. We also clarify that commission is <bold>non refundable. The invoice will be shared with you right after the bid is won which you are liable to pay promptly.
After you pay the company’s commission, we are not a third party between you and the buyer anymore. The rest of the matters that include payment and shipping are to be carried out by the buyer and seller alone as the company is not liable for any of these. We are also not responsible for any dispute that may occur between you and the buyer.
You are liable to submit authentic information and documentation about your car/vehicle. Once you have auctioned a car/vehicle, it cannot be withdrawn for any reason. Mi Auto may approve or reject your car from being auctioned at its own discretion without being answerable to you.
